Langtang trekkin g:-Langtang trekking  is an amazing treks trail of Nepal, specially designed with the combination of the remote and picturesque valley of Langtang. The high mountains area and in this area inhabited by Sherpa and Tamang people in the North-West of Kathmandu Valley which is well –known for its pure Tamang culture and religion with magnificent Himalayan views.

Lang Tang region is one of the most Popular area for religious sites one of the purest holy lakes Gosainkunda also in the Langtang region. According to Hindu Mythology, it is believed that Gosaikunda Lake connects with the Lord of Shiva (God of power and destruction).  People believed that the Lord Shiva meditated for a several years in the Himalayas of Nepal and Tibet and took a bath in this lake and able to acquired purify of soul. So many Nepalese are visiting Gosaikunda lake to take a bath in its water in the beliefs of get rid of their sins and sorrows.

Langtang Trekking  is considered as one of the challenging trekking trail of Nepal, which offers us an incredible and diverse journey along the Langtang valley. This trekking trail includes long, steep and descents climate ,sub –alpine dense forest, majestic Himalayan views, glaciers, most popular lakes such as Gosaikunda (4,460m), Saraswatikunda and Ganeshkunda and picturesque villages. This trail would be the one of the best destination among the all those trekkers or travelers without much time but would like to explore or observe Nepal’s unique combination of culture, an amazing landscape, panoramic views of Langtang etc. it is also taken as one of the best chance to get right in among the Himalayan peaks and to get off the beaten trail, walking along the some captivating remote and relatively underpopulated areas, unique culture ,lifestyle of local Tamang inhabitants.

During your trek Guide of Himalayan Magic Treks will explain everything about the Langtang Gosaikunda Trekking of Nepal. Following through lush tropical forest, we will reach to the popular Gosaikunda Lake (4,380m) that is set among in the high grey rocks, returning by the same route over the Lauribina pass (4,610m) and descend along Helambu.


Day 01:-Arrival in Kathmandu Tribhuban international ariport (1,300m/4,264ft. Then transfer to the Hotel.

Day 02:- Drive from Kathmandu to Syabrubesi (1,550m/5,100ft. 7-8 hours.

Day 03:- Trek from Syabrubesi to Lama Hotel (2,380m/7,830ft): 6 hours.

Day 04:- Trek to Mundu (3543m/11,621ft) via Langtang village: 6-7 hours.

Day 05:- Mundu to Kyangjin Gompa (3,870m/12,697ft. 4-5 hours.

Day 06:- Acclimatization- Explore Tserko Ri (5000m/16,404ft 7-8 hours.

Day 07:- Kyangjin Gompa to Lama Hotel: 6-7 hours.

 Day 08:- Lama Hotel to Syabrubesi: 4-5 hours.

Day 09:- Syabrubesi to Kathmandu.

Day 10:- From hotel to Trivhuvan international airport. Final departure for your own destination.

 

 

 

 

Day 01:-Arrival in Kathmandu Tribhuban international ariport (1,300m/4,264ft): then pick you up and take a short drive from the airport to the hotel check in the hotel and rest for few hrs then we meet again with guide and barging about the trek what we need the equipment for then trek and what time we live from Kathmandu details.

Day 02:- Drive from Kathmandu to Syabrubesi (1,550m/5,100ft. 7-8 hours):- We leave Kathmandu in the morning for Syabrubesi, a village which is also the starting point for treks into the Langtang valley. Our journey will be on a winding road through frequent switchbacks. On a clear day we get to enjoy outstanding views of Manaslu, Annapurna and Ganesh Himal. Our trek for today ends with a descent into the small village of Syabrubesi. Stay overnight in Syabrubesi at tea house Lodge. 

Day 03:- Trek from Syabrubesi to Lama Hotel (2,380m/7,830ft): 6 hours:- After breakfast, we begin our trek to Syabrubesi along the Langtang Khola. We ascend and descend all together through oak and rhododendron forests. After crossing a bridge over the Langtang Khola (small river), we ascend on a steep trail which will lead us to the Lama Hotel. Stay overnight in Lama Hotel at tea house Lodge. 

Day 04:- Trek to Mundu (3543m/11,621ft) via Langtang village: 6-7 hours: – After breakfast we continue ascending from Lama Hotel and enjoy the mountain landscape with plentiful waterfalls. As we reach the green meadows of Ghoda Tabela, we begin to see the white peaks of the Langtang range. Our trail continues to climb up the widening valley, passing a few temporary settlements used by herders. We pass a Buddhist monastery before reaching the Langtang village which was affected by the April 2015 earthquake. We continue on our trail to Mundu. Stay overnight in Mundu at tea house Lodge. 

Day 05:- Mundu to Kyangjin Gompa (3,870m/12,697ft. 4-5 hours):- After breakfast, we will start our journey to Kyangjin Gompa, a most important monastery of the region. We pass by water mills, prayer wheels, chortens, with sacred mounds of rocks with inscriptions carved on them.  We also pass by the largest mani wall in Nepal, made from stone with prayers written on them. After the short trek, we spend the rest of the afternoon exploring the Buddhist shrine in Kyangjin Gompa and surrounding areas with the remarkable views of the mountains. Stay overnight in Kyanjin Gumpa at tea house Lodge.

Day 06:- Acclimatization- Explore Tserko Ri (5000m/16,404ft 7-8 hours):- We spend the whole day exploring Tserko Ri which will also help us acclimatize to the high altitude. We begin early in the morning. The trail passes through yak pastures before ascending to Tserko Ri. The sunrise view from the top of Tserko Ri is amazing. We get back to Kyangjin Gompa by late afternoon and explore the beautiful monastery while enjoying views of the Himalayas. Stay overnight in Kyanjin Gumpa at same tea house Lodge.

 Day 07:- Kyangjin Gompa to Lama Hotel: 6-7 hours:- After breakfast we begin our trek and go back over our steps to Lama Hotel. Most of the trekking today will be downhill as we pass through forests and beautiful Tamang villages. We also get to enjoy different view of the Himalayas that we had missed climbing up. Stay overnight in Lama Hotel at tea house Lodge.

 Day 08:- Lama Hotel to Syabrubesi: 4-5 hours: – We basically retrace our steps back to Syabrubesi. The trek will be easier as it will mostly involve descending. Stay overnight in Syabrubesi at tea house Lodge.

Day 09:- Syabrubesi to Kathmandu: – After breakfast, we drive back to Kathmandu from Syabrubeshi it will be take 7-8 hrs. We spend the rest of the day packing and maybe catching up on some last-minute souvenir shopping. Stay overnight in Kathmandu at the Hotel.

Day 10:- From hotel to Trivhuvan international airport: – today is free or last minute you have few hour special shopping for your relatives. If you have more time you can do some shopping or sightseeing then We will drop you to the International airport to catch your flight back to your home and wish for your Safe journey.
