Level downstairs around a fire and the toilet and shower facilities are normally outside. Most places will provide you with a lock for your room, but you may prefer to use one of your own i.e. Combination lock and while theft is almost unheard of from the lodge owners; you always need to protect yourself from other travelers unknown to you. Along the way there are a few 'up market' places to stay, or even just relax for lunch: Everest View Hotel (Syangboche), Gokyo Resort (Gokyo), 8000 Inn (Lobuche) and Jomsom Mountain Resort (Jomsom). For an extra charge we can arrange a night's stay at any of these before you leave Kathmandu, or you may just like to wait till the urge overtakes you on the trail - don't forget those US dollars! If you choose a camping trek, a tent will be provided if you do not have your own. We provide a kitchen tent, dining tent and toilet tents for all camping treks. When we travel, the food is one of the greatest experiences. If we would have travel tea house treks at that time   our trekking staffs (Guide) enjoy sharing their local recommendations about the yours food every where there is menu so our guide provide you a menu then you can choose your food by yourself. When camping, crew and travel around participants are prepare all the meals by themselves so I would like to request you to that you most inform to your guide at first day and after whole trek guide will know about the food that are vegetarian and non-vegetarian. Accommodating special diets is not normally a problem after back from treks or first days in Kathmandu .On some hotel trips when meals are taken in restaurants, food choice may be more limited for vegetarians but on the trek as a lot of the food is vegetarian anyway, it is not a problem. \

You be supposed to always make sure the most up-to-date the government recommendation on the subject of any overseas destination before booking a journey. we trip operators all the time monitor their areas of operation and will abandon if that area is dangers for journey then re-route a trip if they feel a destination unsafe but in Nepal case we never face like that problem until now.

  13. How strenuous is the trip? Am I fit enough fit ness to this area for travel?
We have a wide diversity of trips that have need of energetic participation to a superior or lesser degree. In general the fitter you are the more you are likely to enjoy an active trip. Check the trip grading, anything listed as strenuous or challenging is just that.

  14. What will the weather be like on ours trip?
It is very difficult to make sure about the weather all over the world for anybody not able to know about this matter its depends where and when you are traveling but most trips are planned to operate when we look forward to the weather conditions will be good for sightseeing, traveling and trekking.

  15. What happens if I get sick?
The most important thing is DON'T PANIC and be insuring in your mind. We would have a well-stocked and appropriate medical kit as well as sufficient insurance in case you should have to be evacuated. A slight case of diarrhea is ordinary, as well as joint and muscle aches - all a part of walking in the hills and a change of go on a diet. height above sea level sickness is exceptionally dangerous but more often than not to be anticipated if you go after a few simple rules: ascend slowly, at height above sea level, plan for about 300 mattress increase in altitude per day, trek high and sleep low, drink at least 2 liters of water per day but (no any alcohol drink), and BE SENSIBLE. If you feel shortness of breath, an insignificant headache or faintness, tell your guide and rest instantaneously. Lie down, drink water. If you are still feeling not a hundred percent you may think about going down a few hundred mattress. Do not make up you are okay, and do not go down alone. A descent of a few hundred mattresses overnight may be sufficient to make you fully able to start trekking again tomorrow. For more information, please go to: www.high-altitude-medicine.com this admirable site will tell you all you need to know, and also include a phonetic Nepali questionnaire for your porter. Porters are just as prone to altitude sickness as everyone else is.

  17. Hat if I take more or less time on my trek than I had planned and paid for?
A trekking holiday should never be about making it to the final point quickly. In fact, most of the time it isn't even about the end point. Walking in the mountains is about enjoying the beauty of the people and places. Differences of any extra costs can be made up on your return. Remember, it's your holiday and so long as you enjoy your trip the time taken is mostly irrelevant, unless of course there are flight timelines which you have to meet. You may find that weather or illness means you have to turn back, sit it out or take another route. No problem!

  18. What are the trip leaders like?
Leaders are carefully selected for their personality, general travel experiences and enthusiasm for our style of travel. They facilitate the smooth running of your trip and are there to help you get the most out of your adventure. They are recruited on the basis of their resourcefulness and people skills.

  19. How can I look after my porter?
Your porter can also be your friend - talk to him about his family. Most porters are students trying to earn extra cash, or married with very young families. These guys can be away from home for months on end carrying packs up and down hills. It's a hard life and small gestures of appreciation, like buying them a cup of tea, never go astray. Himalayan Holidays supports IPPG (International Porter Protection Group) - go to their website at www.ippg.net for more information. If you do not have a guide with you and are trekking with a porter only, please keep an eye on your porter (just as he will keep an eye on you) when on the trail. A porter are also prone to altitude sickness and even though he is working for you his welfare is everyone's moral responsibility If your porter shows signs of altitude sickness, please ensure that your porter gets to a safer altitude and that medical attention is arranged. Never leave him to wander alone down the mountain. Make sure that he has sufficient food and drink and warm clothing.

Updated exchange rates can be. For the trip and abut the area we can talk by mail to our group.
